Why Fresh Food is Good Food - Are Frozen and Canned Foods That Dangerous to Our Health?

I think we all know that fresh foods are best for our bodies canned , frozen or highly processed . Similarly, it may be better to eat raw food and keep food putrefaction easily packaged and in the freezer when needed.  

Did you know that if you make a sandwich with mayonnaise on it and let it sit for days without food, to build a very fast pace , which makes it very dangerous to put the bacteria in your body? These things are good to know that when it comes to your health, you should think consciously about what you put in your body on a daily basis .  

Take old cheese , for example. Even if you can not see the mold , is very old and consumed , could cause lasting health affects are not enough.
Why freshest always better ? Food Well for one , if you have fresh fruit for frozen fruit not only look relatively unchanged , but all their valuable nutrients are still intact , including fiber , most people lack .  


Also, canned foods are known to be higher in salt, sugar and additives. Think about it . Does it really make sense to eat something that could have been handled a full year before it reaches your refrigerator? This just can not be nutritious for anyone .
Although there are many claims out there about why fresh food is good food , there are also several counterclaims indicate that frozen or canned can be more nutritious .  


When thinking about shipping, fruits and vegetables are often transported long distances and stored on the shelf until someone buys them. This time period can certainly cause a loss of nutritional value.  

Canned or frozen, on the other hand tend to be packaged, immediately after harvest , when nutrition levels are at their highest point . 

 According to the FDA , canned foods is relatively the same nutritional value as fresh foods. They also said that the meeting storage and poultry in the freezer does little to change the merit of a food.
For some people , the fact that frozen fruits and vegetables come from behind a wooden patio set gardens in the south, does not matter. The value is often the same flavor and nutrition levels are almost the same according to the FDA .


 But in all reality , the freshest foods are always better for your health. Cooking can create fat fats , preservatives can cause an increase in sugars and highly processed foods can cause health problems such as diabetes bad comfortable .  

Use your judgment when it comes to food , remember that fresh food is always good food .
